Worksite safety & check-in

Know who’s on your jobsite and that they’re ready to work safely.

Post a QR sign on site. Workers check in from their phones, first-timers run through your safety orientation, and every check-in lands in your dashboard.

The problem

You hired the subcontractor. But who actually showed up?

A worker shows up and signs in with a name and a company. Crews change from day to day. If there’s an incident or an inspection, you have to show who was on site and what they were briefed on. Paper can be easy to lose, hard to read, or already out of date.

How it works

Set it up once, then manage it from the dashboard.

At the gate, Cyamate logs attendance and conducts conversational safety assessments. Workers talk through each safety video with Cyamate, and the records and transcripts come back to your dashboard.

  1. 01

    Post the sign

Choose a safety video and post the QR sign on site.

  2. 02

    Workers check themselves in

They scan and check in from their own phone with their name, number, and subcontractor.

  3. 03

    First-timers get oriented

The first time, a worker watches the safety video. They talk it through with Cyamate and get a sticker number. After that, it’s just a quick check-in.

What you get

Run the gate without standing at it.

  • Workers show they understood, not just that they watched

New workers watch your safety video. Then they answer questions about it in a short conversation with Cyamate. If an answer is unsafe or unclear, Cyamate corrects it on the spot. Everything runs in English or Spanish, so each worker goes through it in the language they prefer.

  • See and control every sign from one place

Set up a project and post QR signs wherever you need them. From the dashboard you can see who’s checked in, switch a sign off, or rotate in a new video that reaches workers on their next scan. No trip to the site, no reprinting.

  • A record you can produce on demand

Workers are grouped by their subcontractor, and every check-in is timestamped. The safety video and its assessment are the briefing, and when a worker completes one, the transcript lands on their record. If there’s an incident or an inspection, you can show who was on site and what they were briefed on. It’s in the dashboard, not a filing cabinet.
